The center accepts reservation requests for classroom use of collection materials. Instructors may borrow audio, video, and other media materials for on-campus, classroom presentation. Reservations are not required but are strongly recommended in order to assure that the materials wanted are available at the time they are needed. Instructors may make reservations in person at the LRC service desk in 204 Walter, or use our online form . instructors will receive email confirmation of reservation requests within two business days of the receipt of the request at LRC.

Students may reserve materials for classroom presentation but are required to provide instructor confirmation that the material will be used in the classroom. Students must have the instructor e-mail the LRC (lrcres@tc.umn.edu) with the confirmation, including the student's name and course number. Students are required to pick-up and return classroom use materials on the presentation date.
